3 cloves garlic
1 onion
3/4 cup rice
2 cans vegetable broth
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil.
Sear rice and add vegetable broth
Wait for rice to cook.
Add beans and remove from heat.
Add tomato and spices.
There seems to be a myth that eating well is time-consuming and expensive -- who started it? Parents demonize marijuana use, then feed caffeine and pure sugar to their children before they can walk. Like the cows who spend their lives as part of an assembly line, we stand in place with tunnel vision, digesting whatever is thrown at us.
